I’m considering starting a Cardano Centric new business. Does anyone have recommendations of the best legal framework in the US to setup an LLC?
I’m assuming Wyoming might be the best starting place (register from any state)? I’d like to start buying equipment to become an SPO, mine Erg, and also start working in the ecosystem. Currently i’m in Plutus Pioneers #3 and studying Cardano specs. Cardano since 2017. Thanks!
If anyone can share experiences, best practice, or lessons learned for starting this new side business (hopefully full time in the future), I would really appreciate it.
