I’m relatively new to the forum and the Cardano community. I really like Cardano as a project because of its philosophy as well as the community, which is quite propulsive. In addition, it is also known as “academic blockchain”, which is an added bonus because my daily work is related to working with students. I’m not a developer, although at one point I was very close to making a career switch to ruby and rails.
Now I’m looking for a team that would try to develop an idea with me that I believe has potential. It is about a platform that, on the basis of cardano technology, would help in the process of establishing a company, specifically for the start of a limited liability company in the EU. The platform would allow entrepreneurs to set up an llc completely digitally, using smart contracts on Cardano. All legal documents, contracts and necessary data can be automated and stored on the blockchain, eliminating traditional bureaucratic steps.
Blockchain would ensure immutability and historical records of all steps in the founding process. We would implement smart contracts that automate steps such as shareholder registration, share capital payment, share ownership distribution, as well as validation of all necessary documents and compliance with local laws.
Once all legal requirements have been met, the smart contract automatically submits a request for company registration to the competent authorities.
I wrote a blog on the topic of establishing companies and described the procedures for each EU member state, so I have a lot of information in this regard.
In addition, I bring to the table and to this project: 20 years of work experience in banking and finance, sales, team management and projects. In addition, I bring my free time, enthusiasm, work ethic, belief in success and boundless perseverance.
What I don’t bring to the table is knowledge of working in haskel, plutus, marlow and aiken, time between 7-15 CET as I’m at work then and probably some other skills that are needed. I initially see this project as a side hustle that could turn into something much more, but step by step.
