Hey members, while downloading the new Daedalus 2.0.0 version, this error message “error opening file for writing” appears & it tells me to either retry downloading or cancel it.
Is there anyone having the same issues?

If you saw that during installation the most likely cause would be previous version of Daedalus running in the background. If you’re actually seeing it during download, before install starts, I’d guess it’s due to some problem on your computer, maybe something wrong with download file location.

@bensonmoima1 Yes, my previous version was running. Closed it and all went smoothly.
