Need some advice!
Since I run windows 7, and won’t be upgrading, shall I keep the 0.15.0 version of Daedalus and stake from there or, send my ADA to Yoroi and stake from there?

You’ll never be able to stake using the old version of Daedalus. Yes, switch to Yoroi.
