I went to recover my wallet with my 12 word phrase then it had the circle constantly spinning and would not continue. So I shut everything down and now It says " Connecting to Network" and work actually connect. Is this a common issue ? Does anyone have a fix?

Did you try: Close Daedalus. Open a terminal. cd ~/Library/Application\ Support/Daedalus/Wallet-1.0 rm open.lock This fixed the issue for me on a previous version on my Mac.

Apple tech support is very good. Since you were using the Apple firewall, I don’t recommend using port forwarding unless the Apple Tech support tells you to do something like that. I was assuming you were using a hardware firewall. Good luck!

Most of the time it’s about the users launching the wallet through a shortcut of Daedalus thus the wallet doesn’t sync because it isn’t updated. They have to launch from the directory file.

It’s the .bat file, not the .exe, that you need to run to avoid this issue.
