Hi, hoping someone can help.Received WMT into Daedalus wallet. I changed the decimal place as suggested. Is there anything else that needs to be done. This is all new to me & am still finding my feet. Thank you in advance. Cheers

welcome @VicMad - Just make sure you keep enough ada in the wallet to handle token transfers in case they need to be moved. At my last check even a small WMT transfer had to be sent with a minimum of 1.48148 ADA. Your disbursement of WMT from the TGE should have also left you with around 1.5 ADA (which they needed to send it to you) so I would recommend keeping it there.
Also be aware that Daedalus loves to change addresses in the source of consolidating the bits of funds stored in a wallet. So if you receive tokens into a wallet, it may shuffle around those tokens between addresses. You’ll probably be staking WMT during the upcoming Early Staking period, in which I’m guessing you will point your Vault at a single address containing your tokens. Therefore I imagine it’s best to leave that wallet untouched during the staking period, to be sure it doesn’t interrupt the continuity of your stake:

Hi, I hope someone can help me too. My DaedalusWallet is on a old computer and it is too slow to syn. My problem is I have messed up my Recovery Phrase hence I cannot restore it to another newer computer. Can I transfer my WMT to my Yoroi Wallet and delete the Daedalus Wallet? If so, what do I need to do as I have no idea how to use the Daedalus Wallet. I only created to purchase WMT. I can see there the transactions of WMT and some ADA. However, I don’t know what to do next. Any help would be much appreciated.

yes, you can send the WMT into a Yoroi wallet, to store and stake it there. Both wallets handle native tokens equally well as far as I can tell. Make sure you also send all the ADA out of the old wallet: to cover further transaction costs & ADA sending minimums as above, and also to make sure it’s not lost in the old wallet.

Ok, thanks for that. However, I tried sending but it kept coming up saying I don’t have enough ADA for fees. I have over 1.5 Ada for fees is that not enough? When I click send in WMT I have to fill in the WMT amount and the ADA amount? This is different to other wallets and it is confusing. By the way I have changed to 6 decimal already. 
From memory you need to send at least 1 ADA per transaction. So you need 1 ADA plus the fees for the token transfer. That may be another 0.5ADA or so depending on the metadata size with the tokens. So you might need 2 to 3 ADA available.

Cool, it’s done!! I just need more ADA Lol. Now what do we do with WMT that it is in Yoroi? I cannot see WMT anywhere but only under Transactions. Do I need to create another wallet or it is fine just as it? Thanks again
