Hey guys, just wondering if anyone can provide any insight into upcoming Dexes on Cardano. Is Minswap pretty much the only one that exists atm?

Minswap in certainly not the only DEX on cardano. The latest overview of the current cardano ecosystem is displayed in figure 1 of the new blog post of IOHK (see link below). There are multiple DEXes as you can see there!
