Catalyst Fund 12: Cast your Votes - Voting Ends on 11 July 2024
Community voting for Catalyst Fund 12 is in full swing, with 4,800 wallets already casting over 180,000 votes, representing a total of 1.6 billion ada. Source

Blockchain Basics: A Simple Guide For Beginners
On 3 July, the Cardano Foundation published a concise, easy-to-understand guide to understanding blockchain technology. The guide aims to educate anyone interested in learning the basics of this emerging technology.
The guide explores the fundamentals of blockchain, its history, the different types of blockchains there are, and its wide-ranging applications beyond cryptocurrency, such as in supply chain management, legal processes, and digital asset tracking. A Spotlight on Stake Pools: C3ETH
In this installment of the “A Spotlight on Stake Pools” series, we feature the C3ETH stake pool - a pool focused on community and decentralization. They champion grassroots communities in the eastern hemisphere by providing multi-language resources, hosting meetings, and sharing the positive impacts of Cardano’s development.
Their mission is to self-sustain the Eastern Town Hall operations and further decentralize Cardano by introducing, educating, and onboarding Indonesian, Japanese, and Vietnamese communities. They have also achieved significant onboarding milestones and actively contributed to the Cardano ecosystem by assisting and guiding community participation in Project Catalyst. Developer Blog Series: zenGate Global
For our most recent Developer Blog we conducted an interview with Daniel Friedman, CEO of zenGate Global. Daniel shares about his extensive experience in the technology industry and how he leverages blockchain technology to revolutionize commodity trading through zenGate’s platform, Palmyra.
Palmyra addresses inefficiencies and lack of transparency in traditional commodity trading by tokenizing commodities and real-world assets (RWAs) and utilizing advanced traceability protocols. The platform leverages the Cardano and Ergo blockchains for security and scalability and has partnerships with key industry players like World Mobile, Chainlink, and the Tea Association of Sri Lanka.
