Perhaps an obvious beginners question. Since epoch 3 i’m staking my ada, to varying, last months always to dutch stakepools. I wonder. The owner of the staking pool recieves the rewards of creating blocks. Does the stakepool itself dividing this rewards to the different stakers in the pool, depending off their staked amount ada, or is the deviding automatically?
It’s automatic. 
Pool owner can only set the pool settings. Everything else is done automatically.
