Do I need to undelegate my ITN ADA to redeem the rewards on Shelly wallet?

I am attaching here two screenshots.

  • First: I am sure about the 15 words passphrase of my ITN wallet.
  • Second: the ITN wallet shows rewards.
    But the Shelly wallet tells me that neither the 15 words passphrase are wrong, nor my reward is zero.
    Why ??
    Do I need to undelegate the ITN ADA then do the redemption ?!

There are a few people having problems to redeem the rewards from the ITN. You may want to try adalite.io.
