Ken Kodama, CEO of EMURGO - the official commercial arm of Cardano - was recently featured in Business APAC magazine, as a “blockchain impeccable” and one of the most prominent figures in the rising blockchain industry in 2019. Mr. Kodama established EMURGO with a mission to drive the growth adoption of Cardano and add value to ADA holders by building, educating, investing in, and advising projects or organizations that adopt Cardano’s third-generation decentralized blockchain ecosystem.
Mr. Kodama has several years of experience in the financial planning & consulting industry. In 2015, he embarked on the Cardano project with early founding figures and started working on business development and promotion. He then went on to establish EMURGO in 2017 to be the official commercial arm of Cardano. He has built a wide range of relationships with leading entrepreneurs and blockchain experts in Japan and globally to support EMURGO’s mission, while also giving keynote addresses at high profile industry conferences such as Japan Blockchain Conference.
