Hi everyone,
We would like to share that Teragone Factory has submitted a proposal through the Intersect MBO process for Q3/Q4 2026 focused on continuing and supporting Mithril infrastructure efforts within the Cardano ecosystem.
Our team has been historically involved in Mithril-related infrastructure and distributed certification systems, and we strongly believe Mithril remains one of the most important strategic infrastructure components for the long-term scalability, accessibility and resilience of Cardano.
Mithril plays a critical role in:
- fast and secure bootstrap mechanisms,
- lightweight verification,
- decentralized infrastructure accessibility,
- operational resilience,
- and the future evolution of lightweight clients and distributed synchronization systems across the ecosystem.
As historic Mithril builders, we believe continuity matters.
Critical open infrastructure requires long-term stewardship, operational stability and sustained ecosystem support in order to remain reliable and valuable for the broader Cardano community.
Our proposal is focused on continuing this effort while contributing to:
- infrastructure continuity,
- operational maintenance,
- ecosystem support,
- ongoing improvements,
- and long-term resilience for Mithril-related systems.
