Error when delegating from Windows

I have an error when I am trying to do the step 2.6 from the tutorial. I am using Windows for that (I am not doing this for myself and that was the only choice we had).

The error is:

cardano-cli: DecoderFailure (Handshake) ServerAgency TokConfirm) (DeserialiseFailure 2 "codecHandshake.Confirm: unexpected key")

Do you know how can I fix it? I set the CARDANO_NODE_SOCKET_PATH variable.

Unfortunately I do not have the answer but I am also having the same problem, I am running it on Windows 10 and keep getting the unexpected key error. If you have managed to find a fix for it I would like to know? If not I will post here when I resolve it

That is perhaps the least useful answer ever! How do I get this to run?!? Why am I getting this error:

For my command in Windows 10:

cardano-cli query utxo ^
     --address addr1xxx --mainnet
