File permissions for node.cert, kes.skey, and vrf.skey

Is there any documentation on the required or recommended file permissions for node.cert, kes.skey, and vrf.skey on the block producer?

I have seen recommendations for chmod 400 vrf.skey which makes sense. Would that not be correct for all three files? Only the owner should need read access?

Yes, it is good to restrict the permission to read only for owner.
