Which wallet are u using, daedalus or yoroi?
I have Yoroi wallet and I was also staking my cardano. I noticed I can maybe try to access it with a staking key and spending password But I’m not really sure what that is or where can I get that. Unfortunately If I can’t access my account I’m gonna loose a lot of money. I have looked everywhere in my room for my phrase and iCloud,screen shots, messages, notes, or basically anywhere I might’ve put it.
For the moment u can’t restore the wallet without the 15 seed words… did u deleted the wallet from yoroi?
No, I just recently got a new phone and i don’t have accessed to the phone i had my Yoroi wallet in and I forgot to transfer my funds out. I try getting my old phone back but they had factory reset the phone.

How does one get the private key? As I found my paper for words but paper ruined had bad leak in roof and it is ruined so I lost my mnemonic the file is corrupt can’t access but know spending password.
If your seed phrase is damaged then you can open your wallet and use your spending password to send your ADA to a new wallet that you will have to create. If you cannot open your wallet and you do not have your seed phrase then unfortunately you will not be able to access your ADA. Best of luck!
Ya if I could open think I would not send out. Says file is damaged like what metamask does.
UPDATE- Unfortunately haven’t found my recovery phrase 
Having a photo of the recovery phase seems like a really bad idea. Who knows where it ends up? Malware may find it and then your money will be lost.
I know my spending password but not my 15 phrase. I had wrote it down but lost it. I have a a mirror wallet on my phone… Will it be ever possible tot recover this in the future with out the phrase?
If I understand you correctly, you can still use the wallet – at least on the phone.
Create a new wallet, for which you know the seed phrase, … and don’t lose it again.
And then send everything from the old wallet to this new one.
You can never recover a wallet without the seed phrase. The spending password does not help at all.
Then i lost everything :(, because the wallet on my phone is a Mirror wallet and i don’t have an option to send funds… Just receive…
You have your wallet and spending password, that is enough.
Create a new wallet, keep the seed in a safe place or better still use a hardware wallet, then transfer all your funds from the old wallet using your spending password to your new wallet.
As far as I understood them, the desktop wallet is gone and the wallet on the phone is read-only. 
That’s why you put it to memory, there is an idea for Cardano easy password management in memory situations
Basically, if you put it to memory, you are relying upon G_D to remember it for u! Are you a believer?
