Dear Voter, Dear Cardano Community, and Intersect Members ,
The Intersect election voting ends on May 1, 2026, at 12:00 UTC . In these final moments, I want to explain why I deserve your support for the Growth & Marketing Committee (GMC) .
I am not a typical candidate. I come from the ground. From Goma, specifically. And it is there without easy access to the internet or the infrastructure of major capitals that I learned what it truly means to grow an ecosystem.
What I Bring to the GMC
1. Proven On-the-Ground Experience: 20+ Training Sessions at Goma Cardano Hub
While many talk about “mass adoption” on social media, I organized it.
As Logistic Manager of the Goma Cardano Hub , I designed, facilitated, and managed over 20 training sessions covering Web3, DLT, and Project Catalyst. I guided users from complete beginners (who didn’t know what a wallet was) to active contributors capable of voting and proposing projects.

What this means for the GMC:
- I know what hinders adoption in real-world conditions (data costs, interface complexity, lack of localized content).
- I know what motivates people to join Cardano (sense of belonging, concrete utility, economic opportunities).
- I will never propose a marketing strategy disconnected from reality.
2. A Macro Vision Through Catalyst: 3,000+ Proposals Reviewed
From 2023 to 2025, I served as a Community Reviewer and Moderator on Project Catalyst . This represents over 3,000 proposals analyzed and moderated.

This experience is a goldmine for a Growth & Marketing committee:
- I know the ecosystem of innovative projects: their strengths, weaknesses, and especially what works or fails in user acquisition.
- I can direct marketing toward high-potential niches before they become saturated.
- Moderation taught me to prioritize, evaluate objectively, and make decisions under pressure — exactly what is expected of a strategic committee.
3. A Unique Cross-Chain Perspective: Ambassador for Midnight Alpha & Xcavate
Cardano does not grow alone. We are entering the era of partner chains and interoperability.
I don’t just read about this trend I live it daily.
- Midnight Alpha Ambassador : I actively contribute to the ecosystem of this Cardano sidechain dedicated to data protection.

What this brings to the GMC:
- I know what works (and doesn’t) in marketing among our blockchain neighbors.
- I can develop cross-pollination strategies to attract users from other ecosystems to Cardano .
- I will avoid “ivory tower” decisions — I understand the codes, expectations, and barriers of users coming from elsewhere.
4. My Current Commitment Within Intersect
I am currently a member of the MCC (Membership Committee) . I already know Intersect’s internal workings, processes, and challenges. This experience allows me to be immediately operational on the GMC with zero learning curve.
