Thanks @tephenparke1 I might take you up on that someday. And if you ever visit Nigeria, there’ll be a steaming plate of Jollof Rice waiting for you.
Congratulations @Victor_CF it’s really awesome reading your intro. Looking forward to more of your writings. I’m fairly new to Crypto but had to put in more after attending the Cardano Virtual Summit. I’m based in Enugu, SE Nigeria and would love to start up a club to increase the knowledge of the activities of CF in this part of the world. Would like to get your thoughts on that.
That sounds wonderful. We have found something close to magic! Cardano that is. What a fantastic project. It will save many people. And just in time too. I own a little old hotel in San Diego. So when you travel, if you give me notice, I can reserve a room for you for a couple of weeks. You be my guest!
Stephen
Thanks, @Anayo_Ngwaka and it is nice to know that you enjoyed the Cardano Virtual Summit. Please feel free to start a club, many Cardano communities are self-organizing, and I’m happy to help in any way I can.
Also, you may want to consider connecting with @Joshua who is a Cardano Ambassador and experienced in organizing meetups in Port Harcourt.
Thanks so much, will definitely get in touch with him.
Greetings to the honorable team and members.
Welcome @Victor_CF Great to have you on board, and as always fantastic to see the CF continuing to grow!
Welcome my guy, Love from Zimbabwe!!!
I am glad to see that Victor is happy here. Lets support our own. Lets support cardano.
Saludos desde Israel, @Victor_CF. Por una gestión plagada de satisfacciones y que puedas enriquecer con tus capacidades los objetivos de la Fundación Cardano. Exitos.
@Victor_CF I’m Nigerian also and I would really love to connect
Hi Victor,
It’s nice reading your thoughts here on my screen.
On my own, I have made some considerable investment in Cardano ecosystem. I did all of this based on my DYOR. Though, I’m as new as a fresh egg but I’m crazy Cardano.
Meanwhile, I have been looking forward to have anyone from Lagos. With your role here, would you be kind enough to connect me with any Cardano meetup in Lagos
My best regards
David Opadiran
That was a nice introduction. I find Nigeria very intersting when it comes to cryptocurrency. The articles I have read shows that Bitcoin is the most well known cryptocurrency which doesn’t come as a surprise. I believe there are some alternative payment systems like m-pesa available that are available.
I hope you will tell more about how cryptocurrency is ised in Nigeria and how people feel about using it. The problem with btc is of course that it takes long before a transaction van be considered complete. Maybe there are people that act as middlemen in order to solve this? People actually use cryptocurrency to buy things like food, clothes and rent perhaps?
I look forward to hear from you on these subjects.
Congratulations bro, I’m also from Nigeria and I’m aspiring to be an Ambassador for Cardano. It will be nice if you can share me the link to the local community, so I can be in touch with my fellow Cardano folks.
awesome nice to meet you. lets build and elevate Cardano in africa
