HASKELL & PLUTUS – Strengthening Cardano Through Skills and Local Capacity Building

Growing the Cardano ecosystem by bringing in more members is important — but building strong technical skills within the community remains a strategic priority.

On November 26, 2025, we organized another online open Haskell/Plutus learning session in Goma, DR Congo, dedicated to young and ambitious Cardano developers. The session covered advanced concepts such as higher-order functions and monads, helping participants deepen their understanding of Cardano’s technical foundations step by step.

Personally, as the Coxygen Global Coordinator for this Haskell/Plutus training program in DR Congo, I am thankful to Mr. Sibanda, Cardano Ambassador in South Africa, and to Coxygen Global, his company specializing in smart contract development on Cardano: “Thanks to this partnership, such high-level learning opportunities are now accessible in DR Congo, supporting the growth of local skills and advancing the technological future of our region.”

Forward we go, building a skilled, structured community capable of delivering real value on Cardano!

Merci egalement! :folded_hands:

This is excellent work, and we are truly glad to be part of the various initiatives you continue to establish across African countries; especially in training developers and creating an active contribution environment for different Cardano open-source projects through Coxygen Global.
