You can buy ADA at higher prices on exchanges. If enough people do it, price will rise.

The price will also go up if enough people buy ADA at lower prices on exchanges.

I don’t think that is how order books work, …
That’s just a matter of semantics. Someone has to be willing to buy at the lower price first & push the price up to the next higher increment in the market spread. Then a whole lot of people after have to buy at the incrementally higher — but still “lower” than they should be — prices.
i.e. I’ve never heard of someone buying “fire sale” assets, or during a recession / market crash, unless they thought “this is a really low price”. I know you understand all this: but the words used do have an effect on people’s expectations.
