I guess ADA you receive on the mainnet from staking on testnet will be taken from the pool of 13,887,515,354 ADA reserved for minting (see monetary policy for details).

it hasn’t been clarified yet but that would be a fair assumption
i suspect year 1 of incentive rewards scheduled will coincide with the start of the incentivised testnet
the mechnism of how those rewards will be disbursed on shelley mainnet is also yet to be clarified but i suspect it will be similar to the voucher system used by the initial investors to claim their ADA
