I send 5k Ada, I thought it would help my NFT business.

I’m so ashamed, I lost so much money :frowning:

Lesson learned.

Rebuild.

dont worry me too

It’s still running though and the links I sent were removed…

@utibay ur a victim of one of the oldest, if not the oldest, ways of getting around; we’re just witnessing the tip of the iceberg.

Be glad to get caught while ADA is still flowering; again, rebuild. There will be LOTS of opportunities to make some fiat with certain projects. You just need a seamless ammount of ADA (as of now).

I’m sure in the comming weeks/months the scam reports are gonna be dumped around a lot more.

cheers

EDIT: Ofc the links were removed. Think about why a bit. =)

Is there any idea of might be the scammer? Could it be an insider from Cardano?

I suggest you to research about the online old/new scams and reason yourself with what you find (not mentioning the yet to come).

Thank you lad! Great laugh! Ma man!

Thats so bad, now move one and learn, thats life

Sabes alguma coisa que ninguem saiba?

Obviously not; unless you are counting on using the mind. =)

You can’t talk in PT on ENG section (rules).

I just lost 800 Ada just today, fell for it hook line and sinker…sickened as 200 was my mothers.

Just a reminder to all… if it’s too good to be true, it probably is.

The scammer is a UX Designer. He left some cookies.

supercookies or evercookies?

cheers

Do they ever get caught?

Look, the only way for you to get a chance of retrieving it is contacting a white hat.

Put a bounty in some dubious site and let it unfold.

cheers

Note: What the white hat may do is discover the ip/person behind the scam. That’s possibly all he’s going to do.

What about this website website [Link removed by @napoles]

Hi, sorry to hear that.

A friendly reminder that scams reach far beyond the walls of YouTube. For example, fake wallets on Google Play continues to be an issue, in addition to fake Twitter support accounts and replica websites.

These scammers can be sophisticated, utilizing every tool under their belt.
