Is it possible to build a long term data storage solution on Cardano? Like storj does on ethereum or Ardrive does it on Arweave?

I’m not sure but I know people are working with IPFS and IPLD. Depending on what you are storing, perhaps something offchain is ideal, a personal data storage.
I was exploring bigchainDB a little since it’s part of mongoDB.
