Q: If I delegate my ADA to a pool, but at some point (maybe a week or two years later) I decide to delegate to another pool, are there any consequences other than no rewards in the new pool for the next 5(?) epochs?

Nope, because rewards are delayed with 2 epochs;
So, if u move to another pool u will still receive rewards from the old pool for 2 epochs and after you will receive rewards from the new pool (if creates blocks)
