I deligated to a steak pool but after some days it says “unknown pool” in my wallet and the Id is:

Nothing, you will see this message from time to time (don’t affect the delegation process)
Also try to refresh the app/resync the wallet
If u will check one address from the wallet on cardanoscan.io u will see to which pool u delegated
