Well given that your stakepool has 37 ADA stake, you wont likely make any blocks in the future.
Also it looks like your bp has some misconfigurations as you should only have your relays as incoming connections.
If you really wanna operate a stakepool, try to run it on a testnet before you are going live on the mainnet.
