I am German and have worked most of the time in Germany, but I live on the border to Switzerland. Professionally and privately, I often worked with Swiss people.
My findings on this:
Swiss have their own pace - very slowly progressing - just comfortable. But you can only say:
The way they work is very precise and the results are almost always perfect.
In the Cardano Foundation, particularly high positions are occupied by the Swiss.
Let’s wait for their results and hope that the train of developments does not rush past them.

If the CF is planning to publish a roadmap that would be great, but the one we’re looking forward to soon is from IOHK.

I do agree. I am Dutch but used to live and work in Switzerland too, however I do prefer the German way of working. (used to live in Bavaria as well)
Problem will not be the quality of work but the lack of info!
