Maksud & Tujuan Proposal

  • Membuat kerangka hukum untuk mendukung ekosistem Cardano di Indonesia agar proyek berbasis blockchain dapat beroperasi secara legal dan berkelanjutan.
  • Memberikan pedoman regulasi bagi proyek Cardano, baik untuk tokenisasi aset, stablecoin, maupun perdagangan kripto.
  • Meningkatkan kepercayaan investor dengan transparansi on-chain dan kepatuhan hukum.
  • Membantu komunitas Cardano Indonesia dan menarik investor global dengan menyediakan standar legal yang jelas.

  3. Penyusunan & revisi draft kerangka hukum (kontrak, perizinan, sandbox regulasi).

  4. Pembuatan template kontrak & handbook untuk proyek Cardano berbasis hukum Indonesia.

  5. Pilot project regulasi untuk satu proposal Cardano di Indonesia.

  6. Penyimpanan data on-chain (legal framework, metadata, dan MoU).

  7. Publikasi hasil: laporan kuartal, handbook, dokumentasi di GitHub, forum, dan LinkedIn.

  • Helping the Indonesian Cardano community and attracting global investors by providing clear legal standards.

  4. Creation of contract templates & handbooks for the Cardano project based on Indonesian law.

  5. Regulatory pilot project for one Cardano proposal in Indonesia.

  6. On-chain data storage (legal framework, metadata, and MoU).

  7. Publication of results: quarterly reports, handbooks, documentation on GitHub, forums, and LinkedIn.
