Hi All, I am still learning but really buzzed gaining knowledge (all be it SLOWLY).
I have completed my initial install of Cardano-node on a Cloud Server per the tutorials, would like guidance on how many relays to set up along with the main node on that server.
Much appreciate any guidance.

this is the place for your questions 
2 relays are recommended however 1 relay also works. You should note that when you have 1 relay and it gets offline your BP will not get any data and won’t be able to operate.
You can start with 1 relay and add another one later too.
