if my PC shut down during the restoration of my wallet (Version 0.12.0) will the rostoration continue at that point at which it shut down?

Do you have experiences with doing a backup of the old Folders “wallet 1-0” and “secret 1-0” (AppData) and to replace them after the reinstall with the new ones?
Why would you want to do this? You need the recovery seed to reinstall everything.
From messing around with the Daedalus Testnet it looks like you can not recover a wallet just by moving those files.
Only to get more information and to do the right things.
