Restoring Your Daedalus Wallet

So i have a few ADA coins and have Daedalus installed on my PC. But before I transferred my coins to my wallet I sent Daedalus support a question asking about what happens when my PC hard fails or mother nature happens like a flood. Can i restore my wallet to a new PC.
Here is Daedalus exact response and it didn’t make me feel warm and fuzzy about Daedalus.

In the case you keep your Recovery Phrase safely that you can try to restore your wallet on different PC which installed Daedalus.

It’s not a great translation, ignore “try to”. Also, “In the case” should be “If”, “that” should be “then” and “different PC which installed Daedalus” should be “a different PC on which Daedalus is installed”.

Maybe they meant testing the restore procedure, as in right now? You can have the same wallet restored to multiple computers. You should definitely test if it restores properly, that way you know for sure.
