Those are common scams. You take one down, 2 new ones popping off.

this one is very stubborn, I have already reported it to YouTube 3 times, they turn off the channel and after an hour it reappears

Yeah these things are horrible, confuse newbies.
Another scam appeared on YouTube today, using the form of live broadcast to defraud money transfers. I have reported it, but it has no effect.
