I sent WMT from kucoin to a new Yoroi receive address but haven’t received them yet as it still says processing on Kucoin. This should be fine as WMT is a native token on Cardano blockchain correct?

Yes, it should arrive after the withdraw will be processed by exchange… be patient
Yoroi supports all cardano native assets
