Yoroi to Cardanoscan to exchange

Yesterday I had ADA and WMT in my Yoroi. I sent everything I had (all assets) to the Bitrue exchange which I use. Very shortly after my WMT arrived at Bitrue but my ADA never did. The ADA shows its still in cardanoscan showing the balance but its just sitting there. Have I done something wrong? Any help would be fantastic!

if on cardanoscan.io do u see the ada on yoroi wallet address then the funds were not sent (perhaps due to congestion issue)

re-sync the wallet (yoroi) and send the funds again
to re-sync (browser version) → settings → re-sync wallet

Cheers,

To be honest I don’t know. Here’s a shot of my transactions

There’s only one output. Everything must be at that target address.

Is there a way for me to fix this? Thanks you so much!

Copy one address from yoroi (receive section) and paste it on cardanoscan.io … do u see the funds?

I copy and pasted my Yoroi receive address and thats what it shows.

Wait is that addr1v9gkt…d49s4 your address or the address of Bitrue?

If it’s Bitrue’s address, they should show you all the funds. And you have to sort it out with them. Just showing the tokens, but not the ADA is very strange, though.

Can you check in their interface if the target address was correct?

As everything landed at that single address and the WMT token is showing, it highly seems like a Bitrue issue and you should definitely contact them. If the WMT tokens are there then there must be the ADA as well as it all was sent together as part of a single transaction.

He performed 2 transactions…

Ok, now check on cardanoscan.io the bitrue address (where u sent the funds)… do u see the right balance?
Also if u go on bitrue to deposit → ADA, down bellow u should see the funds… with conformations or not

In the screenshot it’s just one transaction or am I missing something

Perhaps these are better shots of the transaction. I checked and the output address of Bitrue looks correct. Like I said my WMT did arrive but not my ADA for some reason

Yeah, but how can u send wmt and ada to only one address on exchange

if he sent ada to wmt wallet? starting with addr1 but… is for wmt only… right?

…9s4 is Bitrue receiving address

Do you think exchanges handle that differently, having separate wallets for native tokens? Why would they need it, everything can be sent to a single address.

I have dana, wmt, ada wallets on exchange… it’s not the same…or let me check

Maybe they split that internally later…
