Ask the man himself, I only edited the stuff after shoe. Could be he was thinking of some obscure things to eat, or for emphasis or dramatic effect?

I will help organize the submissions for judges viewing, but I will not be participating in judging the contest at all. It’s all up to the judges. I will pay out the prize as per their instructions.

I think it means Shelley was supposed to be out by now, but instead we have a roadmap (but I may be wrong).
Glad the contest is over ^^ The meme makes fun of the fact that many people expected to see an exact date and time and possibly another percentage. No matter how good the design is.
