As we move to decentralized Cardano in a few days, any thoughts on big players who can host multiple data centers to trick saturation point of stake pool?

Sorry, this is not correct. Mainnet is not going decentralized in a couple of day. What happens in a couple of days is the incentivized test net.
It’s called a Sybil attack. The pledge mechanism is used to fight it:
