Once I staked to the first pool, I can only stake to another pool, right? but i can not pause staking by freeing the sADA from beeing staked as it was in the beginning before I staked to the first pool?

At least in Daedalus it should be possible. I saw a option “undelegate” at th staked pool but didn’t try.

Currently Yoroi doesn’t have an “undelegate” button (we will add this in the future) but you don’t need to undelegate to switch stake pools".
