In the last epoch, I received only 0.7 ADA in rewards from the OTB pool.
Is it time to change the pool?
The pool chows some strange stats now like saturation only 4% and 0 minted blocks.
The declared pledge is 50k and the active pledge 63k.
If you look at https://adastat.net/pools/a2c95524f2dcdb424490a5b7126b5826b3b98126d112e86f43efde27 they had pretty bad luck last epoch, but seem to be operating okay in general.
3 million stake is also not that bad, will give rewards almost every epoch (except for really bad luck a few weeks ago).
Choosing a pool with larger stake will give you more consistency and higher yield (if its pool cost and margin are okay). But if everybody does it like that small pools can never grow. Your decision in the end.
