Trying to get 500 ada back after retiring my pool

That wasn’t working. So I tried just sending 10 ada in a smaller transaction. But I get this message after “sending the signed transaction” (per CoinCashew Instructions:

Command failed: transaction submit Error: Error while submitting tx: ShelleyTxValidationError ShelleyBasedEraBabbage (ApplyTxError [UtxowFailure (FromAlonzoUtxowFail (WrappedShelleyEraFailure (MissingVKeyWitnessesUTXOW (WitHashes (fromList [KeyHash “c00494f8a0e8daa930acbba779d44a904349351c30388bbd7804c645”])))))])

Any ideas on what’s wrong? Thanks in advance.

It looks like its an issue with payment.skey/vkey file (wrong file or missing) so the transaction can be signed.
