I am trying to swap ADA to Hosky in Yoroi, due to price changes and the ADA has stucked.
Now I am unable to cancel order in yoroi, even re-sync. The Swap Order’s Open orders page kept showing 503 service unavailable on the page. Please help. Thank you.
Try to resync the wallet manually and then try to cancel the swap again.
@William.Emurgo maybe he can tell you what to do if this doesnt work.
I have resync but no different, what do u mean manually? I swap from ADA to Hosky on 1/12 and still can see my open order page which i have tried to cancel order but no change. on 2/12, the open order page has been error since.
I have connected my ledger to minswap.org and check for the order but couldn’t be found.
Then, I try to find the transaction detail in Cardanoscan, it is there but do not know any other place to cancel the order. is there anyway to cancel the order again?
If you tried to swap in Yoroi itself, you probably have to cancel the order in Yoroi itself. But i never used this feaure of Yoroi so im not 100% sure about it.
Maybe @HeptaSean have an idea.
I have sent enquiry to Yoroi support to help on the error page but still no reply form them yet. So, I still cannot re-cancel order in the ‘open order’ page.
According to https://forum.cardano.org/t/yoroi-wallet-launches-swaps-and-fiat-onramp-integrations/124496, Yoroi has partnered with MuesliSwap, not Minswap, for its swap functionality.
Have you checked if you can see and cancel the order on https://www.muesliswap.com/?
@HeptaSean yeah I am able to see it in muesliswap the open order and cancel button, but once I press the cancel it popped up this message
That is clearly a bug on their side that you shouldn’t see as a user.
You could reach out to MuesliSwap’s support (one of the channels linked at the bottom of their page) in addition to Yoroi’s. Maybe they are faster in fixing this.
@HeptaSean I have reached out to MuesliSwap’s Governance Forum but no one reply me in the forum but only get an email telling me to click a link? will it be virus?
This is definitly a scam. Ignore that message and wait for a real reply there.

Also, don’t know if the governance forum is the right place for technical support.
For most projects, the Discord servers are the least bad option to get more or less timely answers in my experience.
But the people in the governance forum (the real ones, not the scammers) should at least no better where to reach out.
I have also joined the discord but cannot find where to seek help or find the helpdesk
They have a user verification (to hopefully exclude bots) that you have to do before all channels are visible. There is a channel #user-verification where you press a button, get a link, go to that link, login with Discord, and jump through some hoops to prove you are human.
Like the scammers, processes like this are to be expected everywhere in crypto (mostly because of the scammers).

The webpage required to manually keying in my seedphrase and I try to find if any review to find if it is safe but to no avail. Have you ever try this webpage? Also, I try to keying in the seephrase but error in multisynintegrator.xyz, maybe the way of keying in the seedphrase is wrong, do you know how?
You gave your seed phrase to that site?!?
I don’t know what you did there, but that was surely not a legitimate support ticket.
That site is scam on first sight: No mention of the things you are seeking support for – Muesliswap and Yoroi – anywhere on the page, just very generic things about a random selection from the whole of crypto, annoying generic crypto price ticker at the top, asking seed phrase for no good reason very early on.
If you ask yourself “Is it safe?” and don’t find a satisfying answer: Just don’t do it!
If you have done it: Create a new wallet and transfer everything over as soon as possible before it is too late.
OMG!! so many scammers. luckily it is not able to connect to my ledger.
Hope you didn’t give the seed phrase of your Ledger there.

Ok i just managed to cancel the open order after communicte with Yoroi support, back to using my desktop to connect Yoroi instead of my phone. Thank you all!!!
