I have downloaded Daedalus onto my Laptop. From desktop when I try to open the wallet to start the process it says unable to use on your pc. I have just upgraded to Win 10, the laptop says it run 32 bit with 64 bit something or rather!! I have enough space to start the process. Any help welcome
Daedalus requires a 64 bit system. The Win 10 packaging will specify 32 or 64 bits, you need the 64 bit version. If it’s 32, your laptop might still have 64 bit capacity, but you’d need to upgrade Windows. You can check the laptop model specification using google. Good luck!
