Unexpected Block Production Issues on v8.7.3

Hello, I am looking for some help deciphering an error message I am receiving on my BP and 2 relays. All nodes are currently running v8.7.3. I know I am a bit behind on the latest version. My pool has not minted a block in 8 days but initially I was thinking it was just bad luck. After looking further, I am receiving this error on my BP (using journalctl -fu cardano-node) and a very similar variation on both of my relays. At this moment, I have 3 potential ideas:

  1. Should I attempt updating to the latest version 9.1.1?
  2. Potential networking/firewall issue?
  3. Lack of resources? (16GB + 12GB Swap). 5GB Swap being utilized on the BP at the moment and the dedicated 16GB fully utilized
