This is a letter I have just sent to Tilmar Wilhelm Goos re Use of Logo -
In reading through https://cardanofoundation.org/en/legal/trademark-policy/ I am not entirely sure if I can use the Cardano logo.
I am planning to operate a Stakepool. I have already secured the domain rADArStakePool.com and have begun to develop the logo above. It’s not yet finished (might use the fancy Ada symol in rADAr)( The website name rADAr will be wrapped around the top). but that is the general idea
Can I use your logo’s as above?
Can anyone from the community here on the forum tell me whether or not I can use it?
