Verify existing Yoroi recovery phrase and spending password

Hello. I have access to my Yoroi wallet. I just don’t know where I documented the recovery phrase and password(s).
How can I access the wallet and then re-document that info? I googled it, but to no avail.

If you dont have your seed anymore id recommand you to create a new wallet and transfer your funds to the new wallet.

Also make sure to backup your seed this time.

Thank you. I guess that’s the only option? I was hoping to find a way within Yoroi to view and document that wallet info. I guess that’s not possible.
