After my recent struggle and ultimate success restoring my wallet from Seed, I went ahead and made a significant (well to me 
) purchase.
Today the wallet on my primary desktop, which has been working well since I installed it in December, is actually counting down rather than up.
Are there log files I can send to someone to have a look?
Is there some other solution than starting over?
Try the below steps from Daedalus FAQ.
I am stuck at the loading screen, it says âSyncing blocksâ at X.X%. What should I do?
Please note that blocks are synced in steps, each of which might take up to a minute. If Daedalus is stuck at X.XX% value for several minutes, please check your internet connection and try to restart Daedalus. If the internet connection is stable and syncing is still freezing after the restart, please follow the instruction below to reset the blocks in your PC.
Win:
Type %appdata% on the explorerâs address bar
Open Daedalus folder
Delete the content of DB-1.0Mac:
On the Finderâs menu bar select Go
Click Go to FinderâŚ
Type ~/Library/Application Support/Daedalus
Delete the content of the DB-1.0 folder
I have a large number of machines running on the connection.
I have restarted the machine.
First, check your internet connection.
Second, try restarting your PC.
If first and second doesnât work I suppose that deleting DB-1.0 folder is the only option.

It is not stuck. It is going backwards.

Your wallet is stopped syncing and new blocks are made in the blockchain, thatâs why the percentage of blocks youâve downloaded goes down.
This is exactly what is happening. It isnât going backwards, youâre just not going forwards.
Hi! Do you delete everything within the DB-1.0 folder, or just the contents of those folders? Also, I will not have to re-enter any security info as long as I donât touch the wallet folder correct?
Download and install the new version of the Daedalus wallet, there was a issue with sync getting stuck. It is fixed in the latest version.
