The initial ico will be on Ethereum, then it will move to the Cardano platform and serve as an example of how any ERC20 token could move to Cardano, it will be epic, Ouroboros works now and is going to continually be updated and upgraded, so any Ethereum token could move away from the problems the Ethereum network has and take advantage of the POS platform and move away from the POW algorithm of Ethereum.
