Hello! I’m Gonzalo Camps, co-founder of Local DAO Agents, presenting our two complementary proposals that form a roadmap for real-world adoption. You can find both in the voting app by searching “Local DAO Agents.”
Our work addresses a core challenge recognized by the community: while Cardano is a powerful superhighway, millions of organizations lack standard, friendly pathways to adopt its technology and scale their operations.
Our approach is built on direct experience. Our Fund11-backed Cardano Incubator delivered a 10-session curriculum to eight diverse organizations, guiding them from Web3 fundamentals to co-designing their on-chain pilots and achieving a 97% satisfaction score.
We then stress-tested this framework at the self-funded IME Link DAO Festival. Our belief in this model drove us to produce it ourselves after it went unfunded in Fund 13. This resulted in the world’s first electronic music festival run by a DAO, where 60 artists and producers generated over 1,000 on-chain actions , handling everything from production and rewards to financial reporting and fiat payments with our partner, Skipo.com.
This deep experience forged the modular framework behind our two-part strategy. Critically, both proposals run in parallel, not sequentially. Specialized team members focus on complementary workstreams: one team builds the AI technology, while the other leads the human-powered acceleration to gather data and create open-source playbooks. This approach is synergistic: the accelerator’s real-world findings directly train the AI, making it more effective from day one.
Our first proposal, “AI Agents to scale Companies, NGOs, and DAOs,” scales this methodology with AI and was rated by reviewers as the 7th highest-scoring proposal out of 460 in its category, with an overall score of 4.41 out of 5.
Our AI Agent isn’t just a tool; it’s a strategic partner that avoids a one-size-fits-all approach. It uses our modules as a flexible toolkit, starting with:
- Module 1: Custom Planning & Strategic Assessment: A foundational discovery phase where the AI performs a deep, conversational analysis of your goals to build a custom strategic roadmap for your on-chain transformation.
- Module 2: Decentralized Governance: Builds the core decision-making engine on-chain using Clarity Protocol, guiding the setup of DAO roles, token-gated permissions, and voting rules.
- Module 3: Decentralized Treasury & Project Funding: Provides strategic guidance on secure treasury structures and helps configure transparent, Catalyst-style funding cycles on Clarity, with every transaction verifiable on Reeve.
- Module 4 & 5: Decentralized Operations & Incentives: Creates a “contribute-to-earn” economy using Clarity’s Tasks and Contests to manage projects and reward community contributions, building a holistic on-chain resume.
- Module 6: On-chain Accountability with Reeve: This is the framework’s trust layer. We offer “Accountability-as-a-Service,” using our own Reeve instances to put partners’ financial reports verifiably on-chain, removing significant technical and cost barriers.
Executing this vision is our expert team: I’m Gonzalo Camps, an EMURGO-certified professional leading the project. Mauricio Navarrete leads AI with on-chain data; AgustĂn Salinas handles Cardano full-stack development; and Rodrigo OyarzĂşn, a constitutional delegate, dRep, and SPO, leads partnerships. We are strategically advised by the co-founders of Clarity Protocol, and the Cardano Foundation’s Reeve team has confirmed their support, ensuring our integrations are seamless.
Our accountable 10-month roadmap, with detailed milestones, is fully available in the proposal. A key deliverable will be three phygital showcase events—one for each of our partner company, NGO, and DAO—to transparently demonstrate the results globally.
The AI is our tech heart, but technology needs a human strategy to scale. This brings us to our second proposal:
“Launch and Showcase 6 Replicable Models to scale Cardano,” which ranked in the top 10% with a 4.26 overall score.
This human-led accelerator builds the superhighway for the AI. We’re expanding to a full cohort of six confirmed organizations, including prestigious Universities like the University of Chile and Northern Catholic University, national Web3 Associations like ChileDAO, and Creative Industries Associations like the National Electronic Music and Women Musicians Associations.
Our clear eight-month plan is also detailed in the proposal. With our partners, we will refine and publish six open-source playbooks and host a large-scale Cardano Phygital Festival to showcase the results for a global audience.
Together, these proposals create a virtuous cycle: the Accelerator generates the data that trains the AI, and the AI provides the scalable tool to expand the Accelerator’s impact. Funding both is an investment in a complete, de-risked strategy for real-world adoption, led by a proven team.
You can find both proposals by searching “Local DAO Agents” in the voting app. Please vote YES for our roadmap and help us build the on-ramps for the next million users of Cardano.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
