I’d be very surprised if staking in any form would be live on the main net before 31st March. But that’s just my opinion.

We have to realize that there is a difference between decentralization and staking. I think we will start the transition into decentralized network in Q1 but staking will come after that, maybe when the network is proven to work as designed.

So ppl running stakepool(nodes) without rewards at the beginning?

Yes, but that’s just my expectation judging by how CH described the process. I may have gotten it completely wrong, but I think decentralization (approving blocks) and delegated staking are technically two different problems and might go live at different time frames.
