Yoroi never stops loading, anything I can do or check?

Hi all, Oct 22 was the first time I received rewards from staking ADA. But Yoroi has been like since the 22nd. Sections show as loading and never finish, the total ADA field does not include the rewards, I’ve tried restoring the wallet in a different computer and it’s the same. I know I can go to CardanoScan, where I can correctly see the rewards and the updated total, but the wallet doesn’t seem to work.

Is Yoroi going through some kind of downtime? is there a status page or anything to confirm that? Does this prevent me from spending my ADA including the rewards? Anything I could try on my side?

Thanks for the help, I’m still new to Cardano and I’m learning as I go.

did u tried on more devices but same internet provider? are u using VPN?
if not it looks that it is an issue with yoroi (sync issues for random users)… you need to have patience, the team is working to fix it…

PS: try from time to time to resyinc the wallet (settings → re-sync)

I just tried a re-sync. It’s in the same state, wrong total, rewards and others values never finish loading. I’ve tried with two different laptops, wallet extension on Firefox, no VPN, direct broadband access.

I’m kinda worried about my funds, having this sort of non generalized issues, is there another way to report this so that it can be diagnosed? thanks

You can contactthe team via app … just submit your issue (not telegram, etc)

I have the same problem. I’ve also tried all the steps as you…and still no data for rewards and total.

Good to know I’m not alone with this.

I tried the mobile app and it’s the same. I don’t see any way to submit an issue from the app, the support options are the same, either Telegram or post here in this forum.

Is there any info I could provide to help diagnose this?
