so i currently hold ADA on Crypto.com, is it possible to transfer ADA to yoroi or deadalus without having to withdraw it from CEX?

No that is not possible.
While your ada is at a CEX it is not technically in your possession. Your ada is in a wallet controlled by the exchange and there is a legal agreement that those ada are yours.
Daedalus and yoroi create an address on the blockchain that you alone control. So to have your ada in your daedalus/yoroi wallet you need to ask the exchange to send (legally) your ada from the address they control to the daedalus/yoroi address/wallet you control.
