I have Ada on Yoroi Wallet, redownloaded the app about a week ago. It’s been showing I have zero ADA and I’m trying to figure out why.
Does it take this long to synch?

No it actually doesn’t show any transactions. Even ada sent to me…nothing is shown.
Then, probably you restored another wallet!
